All bookings are confirmed within 72 hours. During peak seasons, local events, or high-demand periods your preferred date may not be immediately available. We will contact you by email or phone to confirm your appointment or propose an alternative date that works for your schedule.
A fuel surcharge may apply for service locations outside the standard Tulsa service area. If applicable this will be communicated to you during your 72-hour booking confirmation before any additional charge is applied. You may also be referred to a certified ERBrights operator closer to your location at no additional cost to you.

Your deposit is non-refundable if you cancel. If your assigned operator does not arrive your full deposit is refunded within 5 to 10 business days. ERBrights stands behind every booking.
