You approve the quote and confirm a date. The assigned operator arrives at your facility at the scheduled time with all equipment. You do not need to prepare anything on your end.

Service Is Performed On-Site
The operator works through your vehicle list systematically. Before and after photos are taken per vehicle. All work is documented. Average service time is 45 to 60 minutes per vehicle for standard restoration.

Single Invoice -- Flexible Payment
After service completion you receive a single invoice for all vehicles. Payment by card, check, or ACH on net-30 terms for approved accounts. Set up a recurring service agreement for automatic scheduling.

Fleet Service Payment Terms
A 25% deposit of the total estimated job value is required to confirm your fleet service booking. A Stripe Invoice for the deposit amount will be sent to the email address provided within 72 hours of quote confirmation.

Net-30 payment terms are available for approved commercial accounts upon request. Balance of service is due upon completion of all vehicles in the service visit. All payments are processed securely via Stripe to PulseNetworkHoldings LLC. No service visit begins without a confirmed deposit on file.
